This heated dog mat/heated cat mat has been tested and certified by MET Labs to exceed USA/CA electrical safety standards. Note: This is a soft bed that is NOT recommended for destructive dogs. If you have a pet that chews or is destructive, we suggest the rugged. Remove the cover from the bed. Machine wash cover only, separately. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry. Dry completely before reassembly. Heated pad can be wiped with damp cloth, allow to dry completely before use.
