Furry Pet Mart ships orders from our Florida location and from trusted U.S.-based supplier partners. All orders are shipped from within the United States, and we currently ship only to U.S. addresses.

Tracking information

Return window and item condition
Standard return window: 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.
For safety reasons, opened consumable products such as certain treats, supplements, or grooming liquids generally cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Some items shipped directly from our supplier partners may need to be returned to a different address.
