Shipping & Delivery

Furry Pet Mart ships orders from our Florida location and from trusted U.S.-based supplier partners. All orders are shipped from within the United States, and we currently ship only to U.S. addresses.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing time: Usually 1–2 business days before an order leaves our facility or a supplier partner warehouse.
• Estimated delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment within the continental United States. Remote or rural locations may take longer.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping methods and carriers

We use common U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The specific carrier and service level for your order depend on the items purchased, destination, and selected shipping option at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, size, and selected shipping method. Any promotional or discounted shipping offers will be clearly shown during checkout when available.

Tracking information

Most orders include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Some multi-item orders may be shipped in more than one package, and tracking details may be provided for each shipment.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept most returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions listed below and in our full Refund & Returns Policy.

Return window and item condition

• Standard return window: 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
• Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• For safety reasons, opened consumable products such as certain treats, supplements, or grooming liquids generally cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. Some items shipped directly from our supplier partners may need to be returned to a different address. In those cases, we will provide the correct return instructions and address after reviewing your request.

Refunds and processing time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions of our policy.
